As the world shifts, so do we. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, this class moves with the rhythm of the natural world: adjusting breath-work, postures, and intention to honor what your body needs in each season. Winter calls for warmth and stillness; Spring sparks renewal; Summer invites cooling and play; and Autumn needs grounding and release. Show up and let nature guide your practice.

Slow down and come back to yourself. This is a 60-minute restorative, yin yoga class that invites you to hold gentle postures for longer periods, releasing tension in the connective tissues and quieting the nervous system. A great way to balance a busy day. Pillows and blankets encouraged!

Start your weekend with a little fire! Sassy is a playful, energizing 45-minute flow that invites you to move boldly, bring up your energy after a long week, and leave glowing. This is your permission to take up space, in your own space!

The most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself so let’s tend to it. This 75-minute Sunday practice is a gentle, intentional flow that focuses on self-inquiry, restoration, and reconnecting to what matters to you. Wind down your week and prepare your spirit for the one ahead.
