Before your first session I will review your intake form and craft a sequence tailored to your body, your goals, and how you are feeling in this moment. Whether you need grounding and stillness, strength and fire, a slow deep release, or something to carry you through the week ahead — we build it together.

Every session can draw from any style:

• Strong — power-based movement and functional strength

• Sunrise — energising morning flow to set your day

• Silent (Yin) — slow, deep, restorative holds

• Sassy — playful, creative, high-energy flow

• Self — gentle, introspective, and deeply personal

• Seasonal — Ayurvedic-informed practice aligned with the current season

• Or a completely custom blend — just tell me what you need

What to expect:

All you need is a mat, a quiet space, and a Zoom link I will send to you.
