Mind-Body Reset Program
A complete reset for your body, your nervous system, and your relationship with yourself.
This is the deepest and most transformative level of support I offer. The Mind-Body Reset is a four-week immersive program that combines personalized yoga sessions with nutrition guidance, Ayurvedic wisdom, and nervous system support to help you rebuild your foundation from the inside out.
This program is for you if you feel depleted, disconnected, or like you have been running on empty. If you know something needs to change but are not sure where to start. If you want more than a quick fix.
Over four weeks together we will:
Week 1 — Assess and ground. We begin with a deep intake session covering your health history, dosha, nutrition habits, and intentions. You receive your initial yoga and nutrition plan and we establish your baseline.
Week 2 — Nourish and move. We settle into your personalized practice — daily yoga guidance, seasonal meal structure, and breathwork to begin calming the nervous system.
Week 3 — Deepen and adjust. We check in, refine your plan, and go deeper. This is where patterns begin to shift and the practice starts to feel like yours.
Week 4 — Integrate and sustain. We review your progress, celebrate how far you have come, and build a sustainable plan to carry forward beyond the program.

4 weekly one-on-one sessions via Zoom including a full intake session
Personalized yoga practice plan updated weekly
Custom nutrition and meal guidance rooted in Ayurveda
Breathwork and nervous system support tools
WhatsApp or email support between sessions
A personalized end-of-program wellness plan to keep
