This is where we begin. In this initial session we take a deep, unhurried look at where you are right now through your health history, your relationship with food, your energy, your nervous system, and what has brought you here.
Together we explore your Ayurvedic body type (dosha), your current nutrition habits, any health considerations, and the goals that feel most true for you.
Once you submit your booking is confirmed, I will be reaching out within 48 hours to share your client intake form and find a time that works for you. I look forward to connecting.
Check in, adjust, and keep growing. Healing is not linear and neither is this work. Follow-up sessions are where the real transformation happens. We revisit your goals, celebrate your wins, and see what has/hasn't been working for you, refining your plan as you evolve.

This is the deepest and most transformative level of support I offer. The Mind-Body Reset is a four-week immersive program that combines personalized yoga sessions with nutrition guidance, Ayurvedic wisdom, and nervous system support to help you rebuild your foundation from the inside out.
This program is for you if you feel depleted, disconnected, or like you have been running on empty. If you know something needs to change but are not sure where to start. If you want more than a quick fix.
Over four weeks together we will:
Week 1 — Assess and ground. We begin with a deep intake session covering your health history, dosha, nutrition habits, and intentions. You receive your initial yoga and nutrition plan and we establish your baseline.
Week 2 — Nourish and move. We settle into your personalized practice — daily yoga guidance, seasonal meal structure, and breathwork to begin calming the nervous system.
Week 3 — Deepen and adjust. We check in, refine your plan, and go deeper. This is where patterns begin to shift and the practice starts to feel like yours.
Week 4 — Integrate and sustain. We review your progress, celebrate how far you have come, and build a sustainable plan to carry forward beyond the program.
